Tong Shu 通書 Daily Almanac: 2026-09-24 — 定 Day | iGeomancy

2026-09-24 (Lunar 2026/8/14) is a 定 (Stability) day—month’s trine day in the Jianchu system. This is an optimal day for consolidating existing assets, finalizing agreements, and securing foundations. Avoid all new ventures, litigation, or distant travel. For Singapore residents, this means prioritizing HDB repair contracts, CBD office lease finalizations, and marriage ceremonies over new business launches or overseas trips. The Metal Ox energy (辛丑) stabilizes transactions but demands caution with financial risks. All activities must align with the auspicious hours to harness this day’s full potential. Do not schedule critical decisions during void hours (辰时, 巳时).

Today’s Day Pillar 今日日柱

Day Pillar: 辛丑 (Metal Ox — Yin Metal). The Metal element dominates, symbolizing precision, structure, and security. Hidden stems reveal 丑 (Ox) contains 己 Earth (main), 癸 Water (mid), and residual 辛 Metal. This creates a stable foundation but requires careful management of resources. Year Pillar 丙午 (Fire Horse) provides career momentum but clashes subtly with day’s Earth (丑午害). Month Pillar 丁酉 (Fire Rooster) amplifies financial opportunities but demands discipline. As per classical analysis, 日旺官杀弱,财生官杀 — your strong Metal (日旺) means wealth flows through disciplined work (财生官杀), not impulsive actions. Avoid conflicts (乙木七杀 pressure) and channel creative energy productively. For Singaporeans, this means finalizing property repairs (Earth) or financial contracts (Metal) before noon, not starting new ventures.

建除神 Jianchu Guide — 定 (月令三合的日子。 宜：祭祀、祈福、嫁娶、造屋、求嗣、纳财。 忌：诉讼、出行、交涉。)

定 day (月令三合) is the pinnacle of consolidation. It aligns with the Moon’s trine energy, making it ideal for securing what you already possess. In Singapore life, this means: Do finalize HDB renovation contracts (造屋), sign office lease renewals (纳财), or schedule marriage ceremonies (嫁娶) with your partner. The Metal Ox energy stabilizes relationships, making it perfect for wedding planning—avoid scheduling during inauspicious hours. Do Not initiate lawsuits (诉讼), book overseas business trips (出行), or engage in high-stakes negotiations (交涉). The hidden clash (丑午害) amplifies hidden friction in disputes. For example, a CBD professional should not start a new client pitch (new project) but should instead close existing deals. The day’s energy flows through Earth (丑) and Metal (辛), so avoid rushing—allow time for thorough reviews. This is why traditional weddings are scheduled on 定 days: to anchor the union in stability, not novelty.

今日风水方位 Feng Shui Directions for Today

Today’s Metal element energizes West (270°) and Northwest (315°). Activate these directions in HDB flats: place a white crystal (e.g., clear quartz) on the west-facing TV stand or in the northwest bedroom corner. Wear white/silver clothing to amplify Metal energy for stability. Avoid red (Fire clashes with Metal). For CBD professionals, position your desk to face West during meetings. In hawker centres, sit facing West when signing contracts—this attracts wealth (正财). For marriage ceremonies, ensure the venue faces West to anchor the union in Metal’s security. Never place water features (Water clashes with Metal) in these zones—use white flowers instead of red for decor.
