Xuan Kong Flying Stars
The classical imperial science of time-space geomancy. Understand how Base, Mountain, and Water stars shape wealth, health, and career in Period 9.
Understanding the 3 Stars in Every Palace
A classical natal chart divides every property into 9 palaces (九宫). In each palace, three celestial numbers interact:
Governs Wealth & Cashflow
The Water Star represents dynamic Qi. It dictates financial prosperity, business deals, promotions, and opportunities. In Period 9, Water Star 9 and Water Star 1 are the primary wealth generators.
Governs Health & People
The Mountain Star represents static Yin energy. It dictates physical vitality, emotional stability, family harmony, and supportive mentors. It is prioritized for bedrooms and study rooms.
Structural Era Foundation
Determined by the 20-year period in which the building was completed (e.g. Period 8: 2004–2023, Period 9: 2024–2043). It acts as the environmental soil in which the mountain and water stars operate.
Calculate Your Property's Chart
Select your building's construction period and facing direction to generate the complete 9-palace chart.
Flying Star Chart Engine
Compute natal base, mountain (health & mentors) and water (wealth & cashflow) stars with degree-precise Period 9 orientation.
✦ Classical Protocol: Stand inside your main entrance looking outward with a compass to identify your facing direction. For high-rise apartments, the facing direction is typically aligned with the primary balcony window or corridor entrance. The construction period corresponds to the year the building TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) was officially granted.
