Tong Shu 通書 Daily Almanac: 2026-09-04 — 收 Day | iGeomancy
Opening: 2026-09-04 (Lunar 2026/7/23) is a definitive 收 (Receiving) day per Tong Shu, marked by the Day Pillar 辛巳. This is a potent day for accumulation, finalizing agreements, and securing assets—ideal for professionals closing quarterly deals, hawker stall owners collecting monthly rents, and HDB residents finalizing property transactions. Avoid all funerals, major construction, or medical procedures for critical conditions. The Metal Snake energy harmonizes with Water from Month Pillar 申, creating natural flow for financial transactions and relationship commitments. Do not schedule new projects or burial arrangements; instead, focus on consolidation and closure.
Today’s Day Pillar 今日日柱
辛巳 (Metal Snake) is the Day Pillar for 2026-09-04. The day stem 辛 (Yin Metal) signifies precision, negotiation, and structured accumulation—perfect for closing contracts or receiving payments. The branch 巳 (Snake) contains hidden stems 丙 (Fire, main), 庚 (Metal, mid), and 戊 (Earth, residual), creating a dynamic tension where Metal (day stem) governs Fire (hidden main), producing stable wealth flow. The Month Pillar 丙申 (Fire Monkey) harmonizes with 巳 via 巳申合水, generating Water energy that enhances Metal’s capacity to accumulate. However, the Ungrateful Punishment (无恩之刑) between 巳 and 申 warns against abrupt changes or ungrateful actions. As the year pillar 丙午 also presents 正官 (Direct Officer), career advancement is favored—especially for professionals seeking promotions or client approvals. Avoid overreach; let Metal’s discipline guide your actions.
建除神 Jianchu Guide — 收 (收成、收获的日子。 宜：祈福、求嗣、赴任、嫁娶、安床、修造、动土、求学、开市、交易、买卖、立契。 忌：破土、安葬。)
收 (Receiving) day is a peak accumulation window. The core energy flows toward closure: gather outstanding debts, receive goods inventory, store assets in secure HDB lockers, and finalize negotiations—especially for property deals or service contracts. For Singaporeans, this is ideal for clearing office lease payments, collecting tenant deposits, or securing vendor agreements before the quarter ends. In the home, it’s optimal for arranging furniture (安床) or moving into new HDB units. Avoid all activities requiring new beginnings: no ground-breaking (破土) for construction, no funeral preparations (安葬), and no medical interventions for serious conditions (e.g., major surgery). The Ungrateful Punishment between 巳 and 申 warns against ignoring contractual obligations or dismissing key collaborators—this could fracture relationships. As the Metal Snake energy is inherently closed, forcing open actions (e.g., starting a new business) will create resistance. Instead, focus on what’s already materializing: collect payments, close deals, and secure your assets.

寅时 (03:00–05:00) — ➜ 庚寅 — 劫财 (Rob Wealth)

今日风水方位 Feng Shui Directions for Today
Today’s Metal energy favors West (270°) and Northwest (315°) compass directions. For HDB residents, position your study desk or safe in the West corner of your room to amplify wealth accumulation. Wear white or silver accessories (e.g., silver watch, white blouse) to harmonize with Metal. Place a white crystal (e.g., clear quartz) on your desk to stabilize transactions. For apartment dwellers, activate the West-facing window with white curtains to attract opportunities. Avoid East-facing rooms (Wood energy clashes with Metal). These directions align with the Day Pillar 辛巳, ensuring smooth flow for closing deals and receiving assets.
