Today’s Four Pillars 四柱一览
| Year Pillar 流年 | Month Pillar 流月 | Day Pillar 流日 |
|---|---|---|
| 丙午 (Fire Horse) | 戊戌 (Earth Dog) | 庚申 (Metal Monkey) |
The hidden stems for each branch are as follows: the year 午 contains 丁 Fire (main) and 己 Earth (mid); the month 戌 contains 戊 Earth (main), 辛 Metal (mid), and 丁 Fire (residual); and the day 申 contains 庚 Metal (main), 壬 Water (mid), and 戊 Earth (residual). These hidden stems influence the subtleties of today’s energy, especially in career, health, and financial decisions.
流年 (Liu Nian) — Year Energy and Today
With the 丙午 (Fire Horse) Year Pillar, the year stem 丙 (Yin Fire) forms a 七杀 (Seven Killings) relationship with the day stem 庚 (Yang Metal), indicating a challenged interaction. This dynamic suggests external pressures and competition, especially in career and leadership matters. However, the Fire element in the year pillar also brings clarity and ambition, encouraging individuals to push through challenges with determination. As the year is in the 丙 (Fire) element, those with strong Metal or Water elements in their BaZi may find this year particularly demanding but ultimately rewarding. This year’s energy is best approached with strategic planning and a focus on long-term goals, especially in business and professional environments in Singapore.
流月 (Liu Yue) — Month Overlay
The month pillar 戊戌 (Earth Dog) introduces the 戊 (Yang Earth) stem, which forms a 偏印 (Indirect Resource) relationship with the day stem 庚 (Yang Metal). This is a neutral energy, suggesting that today is a good time for learning, research, and creative thinking. The Earth element in the month pillar also offers stability and grounding, which can be beneficial for those working in real estate, construction, or other Earth-related industries. With the Earth Dog (戌) branch, there is no major clash with the day branch 申 (Metal Monkey), indicating a harmonious configuration. This is a favorable time for property-related activities, such as property consultations, relocation, or renovation planning, especially in HDB flats or high-end condos in Singapore.
流日 (Liu Ri) — Today’s Day Pillar 日柱深析
The day pillar 庚申 (Metal Monkey) brings a strong, disciplined energy. Metal is associated with precision, authority, and refinement, making this a powerful day for decision-making, leadership, and strategic planning. The hidden stems of the day branch include 庚 Metal (main), 壬 Water (mid), and 戊 Earth (residual), indicating a balanced yet focused energy. Career-wise, this day is excellent for professionals in management, engineering, or consulting, as the Metal element encourages clarity and focus. Relationship-wise, the presence of Water (壬) in the day branch suggests emotional depth and communication, making it a good day for building trust and resolving conflicts. Health-wise, the Metal element supports the lungs and large intestine, so those with respiratory or digestive concerns should maintain a balanced diet and avoid overexertion. Wealth-wise, the Earth (戊) in the day branch supports stability and long-term growth, making it an ideal time for financial planning, property investments, or long-term contracts.
