BaZi Daily Forecast: 10 October 2026 — 丁巳 (Fire Snake) Day | iGeomancy
Today, 10 October 2026, falls under the BaZi pillar combination of 丙午 (Fire Horse) year, 戊戌 (Earth Dog) month, and 丁巳 (Fire Snake) day, with the Nine Star Ki 四绿木天权 (Green Wood Star) activating the day. The Jianchu God is 危 — a day marked for caution, with auspicious activities limited to low-key rituals such as 入殓 (funeral preparations) and 安葬 (burial). Energy flows are strong in the Fire and Earth elements, with the day stem 丁 (Yin Fire) in a harmonious configuration with both year and month branches. This is a day of moderate energy, with opportunities in career, learning, and creative output, but also a need for vigilance in financial and relationship matters.
Today’s Four Pillars 四柱一览
| Year Pillar 流年 | 丙午 (Fire Horse) — Yang Fire |
|---|---|
| Month Pillar 流月 | 戊戌 (Earth Dog) — Yang Earth |
| Day Pillar 流日 | 丁巳 (Fire Snake) — Yin Fire |
The hidden stems for each branch are as follows: Year 午 contains 丁 Fire (main) and 己 Earth (mid); Month 戊戌 has 戊 Earth (main), 辛 Metal (mid), and 丁 Fire (residual); Day 巳 holds 丙 Fire (main), 庚 Metal (mid), and 戊 Earth (residual). These hidden stems contribute to the overall elemental balance and influence the energy of the day.
流年 (Liu Nian) — Year Energy and Today
The year pillar 丙午 (Fire Horse) brings a dynamic and passionate energy, with the 丙 (Yang Fire) stem interacting with the day stem 丁 (Yin Fire) in a 劫财 (Rob Wealth) relationship, which is [challenged] in the Ten God system. This combination suggests that today’s energy may bring competition and financial pressure, especially in areas where resources are shared or where there is a need to assert control over wealth. Fire elements are strong, and the 丙 Fire may intensify the day’s energy, making it a good time for creative work, but one must be cautious about financial decisions and avoid unnecessary risk. The year pillar also supports learning and growth, though it may require more effort due to the nature of the 劫财 relationship.
流月 (Liu Yue) — Month Overlay
The month pillar 戊戌 (Earth Dog) adds a layer of stability and structure to the day’s energy, with the 戊 (Yang Earth) stem forming an 伤官 (Hurting Officer) relationship with the day stem 丁 (Yin Fire), which is [challenged]. This combination can lead to a situation where authority or formal systems may feel disrupted or challenged, suggesting that today may be a day to be cautious in dealings with management, legal matters, or structured environments such as government offices or corporate settings. The Earth element is strong in this pillar, and its influence supports long-term planning and steady progress, but the 伤官 relationship warns against overstepping or attempting to bend rules in one’s favor. This is a time to be strategic and avoid conflicts with systems or individuals in positions of power.
流日 (Liu Ri) — Today’s Day Pillar 日柱深析
The day pillar 丁巳 (Fire Snake) carries a passionate and visible energy, with the Fire element dominating the day’s energy. This is a day ideal for social engagement, public speaking, and creative pursuits, as the Fire element is associated with fame, visibility, and social connection. The hidden stems in the 巳 branch — 丙 Fire (main), 庚 Metal (mid), and 戊 Earth (residual) — contribute to the overall energy, enhancing the influence of the Fire and Earth elements. In terms of career, this is a day where one’s efforts are likely to be seen and appreciated, but one must be cautious about overextending or competing for limited resources. In relationships, this day supports emotional warmth and connection, but it may also bring a need for balance, as the Fire element can be intense. Health-wise, the Fire element influences the heart, circulatory system, and skin, so today is a good time for physical activity and emotional expression. Wealth is influenced by the 丁 Fire, and while the day is not the best for major financial decisions, it is a time when one’s efforts in earning and managing resources can bring visibility and recognition.
