BaZi Daily Forecast: September 20, 2026 — 丁酉 (Fire Rooster) Day | iGeomancy
Today, September 20, 2026 (Lunar 2026/8/10), is a powerful 建 (Jian) day marked by focused energy for authority and initiation. The Nine Star Ki 六白金开阳 (Six White Metal Kaiyang) infuses this day with strategic metal energy, while the 自刑 (Zi Xing) between Day and Month 酉 branches warns against self-sabotage. With Fire dominating all pillars (丙午/丁酉/丁酉), expect heightened visibility in social and professional settings—ideal for networking but requiring careful management of competitive tensions. The Meihua Hexagram #42 益 (Increase) confirms growth through collaborative efforts, especially when leveraging the 天乙贵人 (Tian Yi Gui Ren) during auspicious hours.
Today’s Four Pillars 四柱一览
| Year | Month | Day |
|---|---|---|
| 丙午 (Fire Horse) | 丁酉 (Fire Rooster) | 丁酉 (Fire Rooster) |
Hidden Stems: Year 午 contains 丁 (Fire) and 己 (Earth); Month/Day 酉 contains 辛 (Metal) only. This creates a Fire-dominant structure with Metal (辛) as the sole hidden resource, intensifying Fire’s visibility while creating subtle tension from the 酉酉 (Zi Xing) self-punishment.
流年 (Liu Nian) — Year Energy and Today
The 丙午 (Yang Fire) Year Pillar clashes with today’s Day Stem 丁 through 劫财 (Rob Wealth), creating competitive energy in financial and social circles. As the Year’s Fire (丙) mirrors today’s Fire (丁), expect heightened rivalry in work projects or partnerships. However, the 自刑 (Zi Xing) between Year’s 午 (Fire) and Day’s 酉 (Metal) triggers a subtle conflict—Metal (酉) is weakened by Fire (午), making it harder to sustain long-term strategies. Crucially, the Year’s Fire also fuels the 建 (Jian) day’s strength, making it ideal for initiating new ventures or seeking authority figures. Avoid impulsive spending; instead, channel this energy into collaborative wealth-building with trusted partners to mitigate the Rob Wealth pressure.
流月 (Liu Yue) — Month Overlay
The 丁酉 (Yin Fire) Month Pillar adds 比肩 (Companion Star) energy, mirroring today’s Day Stem 丁. This creates a supportive yet competitive atmosphere: colleagues may collaborate but also vie for recognition. The Month’s 酉 (Metal) branch directly interacts with the Day’s 酉 (Metal), intensifying the 酉酉 自刑 and demanding self-awareness. Avoid overpromising during meetings, as the Month’s Fire (丁) can create emotional volatility. However, the 九星六白金开阳 (Six White Metal) energy of the month provides strategic clarity—use this to refine business pitches or negotiate terms. The 建 (Jian) day’s focus on official duties aligns perfectly with the month’s energy, making it optimal for submitting proposals to government agencies or CBD offices. Remember: Metal (酉) is the hidden resource, so prioritize structured plans over spontaneous actions.
流日 (Liu Ri) — Today’s Day Pillar 日柱深析
Today’s 丁酉 (Yin Fire) Day Pillar radiates passion, visibility, and social connection—ideal for public-facing roles like sales, presentations, or networking. The Fire element energizes the heart (Fire organ system), boosting confidence but requiring caution for those with existing heart or blood pressure concerns. The 酉 (Metal) branch (hidden 辛) creates a tension between Fire’s expressiveness and Metal’s precision, leading to moments where overconfidence clashes with practical execution. Wealth flow is strong (Fire generates Wealth), but the 劫财 (Rob Wealth) from Year Pillar demands disciplined spending. For relationships, the Day Pillar’s Fire fosters warmth, yet the 自刑 (Zi Xing) warns against self-sabotage in partnerships—avoid criticizing others’ work to prevent conflict. In career, leverage the 正官 (Direct Officer) energy during auspicious hours for promotions. Crucially, the 七杀 (Seven Killings) from the Month’s 酉 branch means challenges build resilience; view feedback as growth opportunities, not personal attacks. For Singapore residents, this is ideal for pitching ideas at Marina Bay Sands or securing a new client at Clarke Quay CBD.
