BaZi Daily Forecast: August 28, 2026 — 甲戌 (Wood Dog) Day | iGeomancy

Today (Lunar 2026/7/16) is a harmonious 满 (Man) day—symbolizing abundance and harvest in the Jianchu system. The 九星 (Nine Star Ki) is 二黑土天璇 (Earth Star), emphasizing stability and material accumulation. With the Year Pillar 丙午 (Fire Horse) and Month Pillar 丙申 (Fire Monkey) both generating 食神 (Eating God) energy, today’s Wood Day (甲戌) thrives on creative expression and resourceful wealth. Crucially, the Day Branch 戌 (Dog) harmonizes with Year/Month branches—no clashes, ensuring smooth energy flow. As a 丰收 day, avoid depletion activities like travel or lawsuits; instead, focus on receiving, storing, and collecting debts. For Singapore residents, this means ideal timing for HDB lease renewals, CBD contract signings, and hawker centre business negotiations.

Today’s Four Pillars 四柱一览

Hidden Stems (地支藏干):
• Year 未: 丁 Fire (main), 己 Earth (mid)
• Month 申: 庚 Metal (main), 壬 Water (mid), 戊 Earth (residual)
• Day 戌: 戊 Earth (main), 辛 Metal (mid), 丁 Fire (residual)

流年 (Liu Nian) — Year Energy and Today

The 2026 Year Pillar 丙午 (Fire Horse) directly fuels today’s 甲木 (Wood) Day Master through 食神 (Eating God), a highly favoured relationship. This creates a dynamic where Wood (day) transforms Fire (year) into creative output—perfect for pitching ideas, writing, or launching new projects. Unlike disruptive clashes, this interaction nurtures growth: your Wood energy naturally channels the Year’s Fire into productive expression, avoiding burnout. Crucially, 丙午’s Fire Horse branch (午) harmonizes with today’s 戌 (Dog) Day Branch—no harmful interactions. For Singapore professionals, this means ideal momentum for CBD presentations or tech startups. The 2026 Year’s Fire energy also amplifies the 二黑土天璇 Nine Star’s stability, making today excellent for securing financial settlements or property deals in Sentosa Cove or Marina Bay.

流月 (Liu Yue) — Month Overlay

The Month Pillar 丙申 (Fire Monkey) intensifies the Year’s Fire energy, adding another layer of 食神 (Eating God) support. 丙’s Fire generates creative energy, while 申’s Metal (main) branch interacts harmoniously with today’s Day Stem 甲 Wood—Metal is the resource that Wood disciplines (as per the Ten God chart). This creates a powerful synergy: your Wood Day Master (甲) efficiently organizes the Month’s Metal (申), turning abstract ideas into actionable plans. The Month’s 申 branch (Monkey) also aligns with the Nine Star’s Earth focus, grounding creative output into tangible results. For Singaporeans, this means optimal timing for contract negotiations (e.g., at Ubi or Tiong Bahru offices) and securing property leases. However, avoid impulsive decisions—the 丙申’s Fire can cause over-optimism in deals. The harmonious branch interaction (申 and 戌 form no clashes) ensures smooth execution of Month goals without friction.

流日 (Liu Ri) — Today’s Day Pillar 日柱深析

Today’s 甲戌 (Wood Dog) Day embodies the growth, expansion, and creativity of Yang Wood. As the Day Master, 甲 Wood represents new beginnings—perfect for launching ventures or revitalizing workspaces. The Day Branch 戌 (Dog) is Earth, symbolizing stability and structure, which complements 甲 Wood’s vitality. Hidden stems reveal 戌’s core as 戊 Earth (main), creating a strong foundation: your creative energy (甲) is disciplined by Earth (戌), preventing rash moves. This day’s energy excels in career (Earth organizes Wood), relationships (Wood’s generosity), and health (Wood governs liver—avoid stress). Wealth-wise, 甲 Wood’s relationship with 戌’s Earth (戊) means financial gains through structured projects (e.g., property management in Tampines HDB). However, avoid confrontations—戌’s Earth can feel rigid. Health tip: Drink green tea (Wood element) to support liver function. For Singapore, this means ideal timing for HDB flat renovations (avoiding void hours) or securing tenancy agreements in CBD offices.
